Another great year at Weathersfield School is behind us! This past year of summer lessons was great! A good number of students participated and it significantly improved their musical talent!
As the school year winds down, I want to inform you all that I am once again offering summer music lessons to students who will be in grades 5-8 and students who are going off to high school. I willing to teach any type of music lesson. For students who are interested in instrumental lessons, I can help students continue learning the instrument they are currently playing, start a new instrument, or even start to get prepared for District band auditions in the fall. For those students who are not interested in an instrument, I also offer vocal lessons which can help in preparation for District chorus auditions. As you may know, the summer is when a lot of learning is lost. This will give students an opportunity to have a reason to practice over the summer.
Lessons will be held here at the school. I understand that summer is the time of year that many students are participating in multiple activities, camps, vacations, etc. so the dates and times will be dependant on whenever families are free. The lessons can be extremely flexible with dates and times. The payment will be dependant on how many lessons a student is taking. I charge $20 per lesson and these lessons should be a maximum of twice a week. When it comes to payment, I can be as flexible as needed. With that being said, please keep in mind that this is a parttime job for me so there will be a fee. We can have only one lesson over the summer or have many lessons. I want all families to enjoy their summer as well as enjoying music!
If anyone is interested or has any questions, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. These lessons can build up fast so it will be first come, first serve. I hope that everyone enjoys the rest of the school year and their summer!
