In this age, everyone is using technology. Wouldn’t it be great to learn more about it?
Now, there’s an opportunity to learn how to code at Windsor through CoderDojo! CoderDojo is an afterschool club hosted by Dartmouth students to teach anyone (from any age) how to code. This term they’ll be learning the language Python. Python is a beginner-friendly language and still used in many professional fields.
Exposure to Computer Science early on uncovers a previously undiscovered world. Although getting started may seem intimidating, soon enough they’ll be creating projects. By week 4, they can draw their own digital paintings.
Programming integrates problem solving, creativity and logic – skills essential for success in school and beyond. In a collaborative environment, students can gain communication and technical skills.
No prior experience required. Computers are available in class.
The digital age is upon us. Come be a part of it Tuesdays from 2:45 – 3:45 in room 113. Email Mr Day for more details, firstname.lastname@example.org
