FROM: WELLING FILMS
On Thursday February 8, 2018 at the Windsor High School Auditorium in Windsor, Vermont, Film Director Shawn Welling and Windsor native Donald Miller will host a premiere of the movie they filmed this past fall entitled "If I Could Run." The entire movie was filmed in Windsor, Vermont using many local residents as actors. The movie script was written by Mr. Miller based on a true life experience.
The event will be open to the community and media representatives with the doors opening at 6:00 PM and the movie will be shown at 6:30 PM.
The film is a truly emotional and heart warming experience for viewers that focuses on the severe impact of "bullying" by high school aged students. The photography in this film is simply stunning and captures the Autumn beauty surrounding Windsor, Vermont, "The Birthplace of Vermont". The film and the performance by the actors, combined with the jaw dropping backdrop that only the Green Mountain State can offer, will go down as an artistic masterpiece.
Welling Films was founded by Shawn Welling, a choreographer-turned-photographer-turned filmmaker. Welling Films is the recipient of over 50 Festival Awards including the World of Dane Industry Award, presented in Hollywood at the historic Avalon Theatre.
