Margaritas

On May 10th, twenty-three Spanish II students took a trip to Margaritas in Lebanon, NH. To start off the day, we saw a presentation on Mexican culture and experienced the work of artisans first hand. After discussing sightseeing, artisan products, delicious foods, and the market place, our host gave us a tour of the restaurant. She showed us all of the amazing artisan artwork imported from Mexico. For a snack, the waiters showed us how to make homemade guacamole and salsa accompanied by homemade tortilla chips. For our entree, we were served delicious enchiladas of our choice, alongside rice and beans. Our dessert consisted of homemade churros with chocolate sauce. Overall, we had an incredible experience! We learned so much, ate great Mexican food, and had lots of fun! Gracias, Margaritas, we will be back!!! - Kacie Charest, Class of 2019
